| People have asked why we named our Pacific Rim restaurant after a Greek God. Apollo, the Sun God was the god of farmers, protector of cattle, keeper of flocks and fruits of the earth. He symbolizes our commitment to using only the freshest of ingrediants available. We serve Korean and Japanese food so diners may experience other great Pacific cuisines here. The volume of food ordered for these 3 restaurants enables us to comb Boston's wholesale markets daily for the freshest ingredients. To ensure the freshest seafood, we have our own live fish warehouse, so you know that our sushi and other seafood are ocean-fresh.
