G Cue invites you to their classy pool hall and restaurant featuring 27 professional tables on two floors. G Cue is not a dark smoke-filled room but has a gorgeous vintage wooden bar and the exposed brick walls, high-top tables and leather booths set the clubby tone.

There's a working fireplace to warm you up on chili nights. G Cue's polished atmosphere brings in bigwigs from Oprah Winfrey's nearby Harpo Studios, locals and visitors to Chicago. A delicate chandelier lights the broad polished wooden stairs to the tournament room upstairs. G-Cue appeals to a broad spectrum of players, both novice and serious.

The tables are billed by the quarter hour and there are special hourly rates. The food covers the spectrum from light bites to full entrees. Appetizers include munchies like chicken quesadillas, poppers and hot wings. Half-pound burgers, turkey clubs and a BLT with avocado are a few of the sandwich choices. Entree options include pan-fried chicken with wild mushroom sauce, and a grilled salmon fillet with citrus butter. Home- spun desserts include banana splits and hot fudge sundaes. The signature cocktail list includes about 30 martinis.
